Refund Policy
At BAMGBOSE APARTMENTS, we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we’re committed to handling refunds fairly and efficiently.


Cancellation and Refund Terms
Booking Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking by notifying us in writing (via email) at least [number] days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Refund Amount: For cancellations made within the specified timeframe, we will refund 100% of the total booking amount. If defaulted, we will take 50%.
No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Early Check-Out: In the event of an early check-out, guests will be charged for the entire booking period.


Refund Processing
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within two business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Exceptions
Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any refunds or compensation in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
Guest Misconduct: We reserve the right to refuse refunds or compensation in cases of guest misconduct, including damage to property or disruption of other guests.
